Summer 2024 Grant Cycle
The summer Grant Cycle for applying for funds from Mid-Hudson Board of Managers Funds is here. To apply, please use the form shown below. To the right of the page (or below, on a phone) you will find a form (Word doc) for the program budget (which should be uploaded via the online form once complete), guidelines for applying, and a 6 month review form (also a Word doc – for use if your program is a recipient of funds.) If you are submitting, or considering submission of an application, please be mindful of the guidelines for funding. We support applications for program that extend beyond your front doors. Property maintenance and building issues are not eligible unless they directly impact your program. And, we do not have the means to support large asking ($1,000.00 – $2,500.00 being the norm – anything beyond needing special consideration.)
Application Deadline: Monday July 15.
The deadline for applications to be received in the regional office is Monday, July 15. Applications received after that date will not be eligible. The Board of Managers will consider the applications on Saturday, July 20th or the week thereafter.
The Mid-Hudson Region
The diocese’s Mid-Hudson Region covers Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess and Ulster counties, and includes all of the congregations, inter-parish councils and religious institutions in those counties.
Mid-Hudson Board of Managers Grants
Board of Manager (BOM) Grants have been made available to parishes and congregations in the Mid-Hudson Region through benefactors who have designated their use for furthering the mission of the Episcopal Church in the Mid-Hudson Region. The Executive Committee meets twice a year to review all applications to objectively identify those programs that meet the funding guidelines. The range for grant allocations is from $1,000 to $5,000 with an average of $2,500. Grant requests greater than $5,000 will require special consideration from the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee of the Mid Hudson Region has the authority to designate the use of income from the Board of Managers Funds held by the Diocese for use in the Mid Hudson Region.
