Youth

Welcome!

Through the Office for Christian Formation, the Episcopal Diocese of New York works with regional groups, congregations and youth leaders to address the spiritual, social and emotional needs of youth ages 13-18 and to encourage them in their Christian commitment as expressed in theBaptismal Covenant.

This work includes promoting youth ministry as a priority in the diocese and encouraging and supporting youth leaders, regions and congregations in their ministry to youth. Additionally, through the office the diocese sponsors several youth-oriented events during the year to strengthen community, Anglican identity and Christian life among Episcopal youth throughout the diocese.
