  • College for Congregational Development

    We are a Learning Community committed to fostering congregational development across all sizes, locations, and contexts, transforming our churches into more faithful, healthy, and effective communities of faith.

    Whether you have completed CCD Year A or Year B, are currently enrolled, or simply want to learn more, this Learning Community is for you. We will gather every two months to share insights, ask questions, support one another, and deepen our practice as congregational developers.

    Serving on a vestry today involves spiritual leadership, governance, and navigating times of change. Whether you’re new to the role or have years of experience, this Learning Community is for you.

    We invite all vestry members to explore what it means to lead faithfully in today’s church, connect with others through affinity groups, and receive guided support in areas such as leadership, stewardship, clergy transitions, and building trust. Together, we’ll examine how structure and spirit can align in faithful and sustainable ways.
