Spring 2022 Grant Cycle
The Spring 2022 Cycle for applying for funds from Mid-Hudson Board of Managers Funds is here. Among the links to the right of the page, you will find the application for funding, a spread sheet for the program budget, guidelines for applying, and a 6 month review form (for use if your program is a recipient of funds.) If you are submitting, or considering submission of an application, please be mindful of the guidelines for funding. We support applications for program that extend beyond your front doors. Property maintenance and building issues are not eligible unless they directly impact your program. And, we do not have the means to support large asking ($1,000.00 – $2,500.00 being the norm – anything beyond needing special consideration.)
Application Deadline: May 11
The deadline for applications to be received in the regional office is Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Applications received after that date will not be eligible.
Please submit applications via email to email@example.com.
If email is not possible, please mail your applications to: The Episcopal Diocese of New York, The Mid-Hudson Regional Office, P.O. Box 352, West Park, NY 12493. (Please do not FED EX).
If you have any questions about the application or need help with the process, please do not hesitate to contact Val Stelcen (contact details elsewhere on this page). Members of the Mid-Hudson Executive are available and willing to be of assistance.

The Mid-Hudson Region
The diocese’s Mid-Hudson Region covers Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess and Ulster counties, and includes all of the congregations, inter-parish councils and religious institutions in those counties.
Mid-Hudson Board of Managers Grants
Board of Manager (BOM) Grants have been made available to parishes and congregations in the Mid-Hudson Region through benefactors who have designated their use for furthering the mission of the Episcopal Church in the Mid-Hudson Region. The Executive Committee meets twice a year to review all applications to objectively identify those programs that meet the funding guidelines. The range for grant allocations is from $1,000 to $5,000 with an average of $2,500. Grant requests greater than $5,000 will require special consideration from the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee of the Mid Hudson Region has the authority to designate the use of income from the Board of Managers Funds held by the Diocese for use in the Mid Hudson Region. For guidelines and applications, click on the links to the right of the page.
Region Two of the diocese is comprised of Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties, with 65 congregations and six interparish councils: Hudson South, Hudson North, Rockland, Central, Sawmill and Shore. The Region Two office was recently moved to Diocesan House in Manhattan, with a satellite office retained at Zion, Dobbs Ferry.
