DESCRIPTION:The Bronx Council invites you to join in giving thanks for the life and ministry of Dr. Martin Luther King\, Jr. The location of the service rotates yearly among the three Interparish Councils – the 2026 Service\, hosted by the Northwest Bronx IPC\, will be held at the Church of the Holy Nativity. The Rt. Rev. Matthew F. Heyd\, Bishop of New York\, will celebrate and the Very Rev. Winnie Varghese\, Dean of the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine\, will preach. \nFor those unable to attend the Service in person\, a Zoom livestream can be accessed here. \nNo registrations required\, all are welcome. \nThe day’s Offering goes towards the MLK Memorial Scholarship Fund. Gifts to the Scholarship Fund may be made payable to the Bronx Council\, earmarked: \nMLK Scholarship Fund\, and sent to: \nThe Bronx Council c/o St. Luke’s Church\, \n777 East 222nd Street\, Bronx\, NY 10467 \nYou can click here to give online. You can also send donations via Zelle to bronxepiscopalchurch@gmail.com
