Join us Tuesday, Feb 1 at 6:30 pm with Poet and Theologian Pádraig Ó Tuama, and Marie Howe, NY State Poet Laureate (2012-2014), for our first in a series of poetry events at Heavenly Rest. Bringing contemporary poets into conversation with questions of language, desire, justice, and prayer. These in-person and online events will be intimate explorations about how poetry shapes itself to fit the yearnings of the heart.

She is also the co-editor of a book of essays, In the Company of My Solitude: American Writing from the AIDS Pandemic (1994).
