The series of weekly Roll-out Meetings will be a way in which we can learn about and discuss together important mission areas of the Diocese. They are a part of the content of Convention and will be recorded for the purposes of minute-taking and record keeping.

Generally, these meetings will be held on Wednesday evenings from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. They will be accessible to anyone interested, but only those who have registered as a delegate to Convention – lay and clergy – will have voice at the meetings. We will circulate the reports to the whole Diocese via email following these meetings.

The meetings will begin and end with prayer, and one of the first items on each evening’s agenda will be a “practice vote.” These practice votes with have nothing, substantively, to do with our Convention. They will simply be a means to educate ourselves about the voting process and how it works electronically. We are committed to doing everything we possibly can to have every delegate be comfortable with the voting process as we move toward November 7, the Day of Convention. We also are asking that each delegate have access to a personal computer (desktop or laptop) or a tablet (iPad, Surface or Android device). Smartphones should not be used to access Convention.
