This year’s conference is all about you. Our program will be centered on helping you achieve your best health, create a healthy work-life balance, and empower you to best serve others while taking care of yourself.

Friday, Oct. 21
Check-in begins at 4:30 p.m. After dinner, we will have some much needed in-person time to socialize and catch up with one another followed by a brief workshop on “self-care.” We will end with Compline.
Saturday, Oct. 22
On Saturday, our presenter will be Peter Kofitsas MS, PT. Peter is an international health coach, professional speaker, author, nutritionist, physical therapist, and exercise and motivational expert. See more at Peter’s website.
We will end with time with Bp. Dietsche followed by the Holy Eucharist.
