We're sorry, but registration is now closed. But don't worry! This form is only to help us estimate numbers - you are still invited to attend.

Vesting location for clergy and service participants

Clergy intending to vest and process, members of the choir, and all other service participants will assemble and vest in the gyms in the Cathedral undercroft. Please enter the close on the North Drive (immediately to the right of the Cathedral). Ushers will direct you to the appropriate location.

Music Offerings

Cathedral Choirs and Diocesan Choir
(representing over 35 parishes in the Diocese)
Cathedral Brass and Percussion

From the vibrant “Si el Espiritu de Dios se mueve en mi” to the traditional “Come Down, O Love Divine” and including “In Christ there is no East or West” by Harry Burleigh, a brilliant and inclusive range of hymns will be sung by the choirs and congregation.

A richly diverse array of choral offerings include:

  • Now is the Cool of the Day ~ Jean Ritchie
  • Walk together, children ~ African-American Spiritual, arr. Moses Hogan
  • Ubi Caritas ~ Ola Gjielo
  • Blessed Be! ~ Melanie DeMore
  • Te Deum in B Flat ~ Charles Villiers Stanford

Music for organ and brass will include works of Gabrieli, Zhang, Beltrán, Jongen, Stirling, and Strauss.


The offering at the Installation will go to support vocational development for deacons and priests in the Diocese of New York.

Buses to and from the Cathedral – arrive by 10 a.m., leave at 2 p.m.

We are excited to be able to offer buses from many regions of our diocese to the Cathedral for the Installation.

Upon signing up for each bus you will receive more specific details regarding location, departure time, etc.
