Doors open/Check-in begins: 8 a.m.

Voting
Arrival Deadline for Voting – 9 a.m.
Lay and clergy delegates must be checked-in by 9 a.m. in order to vote.
Physical Presence Required in Order to Vote
Delegates must be present in the Cathedral to vote. There will be no remote voting in the Election Convention.
Voting by Smartphone
Voting will utilize smartphones. A limited number of voting devices will be available for those without a smartphone.
Changes in Registered Lay Delegates
If you have any changes in your registered lay delegates, the alternate(s) must bring a completed and signed Change in Lay Delegate form to the credentials table at check in.
COVID Safety
We will be observing the same COVID protocols as we did for the November convention.
- Please take a rapid COVID test within 24 hours of your arrival at the Cathedral and be prepared to show a photo of your negative test result.
- If you come without your test result, you will be tested on site. For lay delegates, however, testing ahead of time will allow an alternate (provisional) delegate to take your place should you test positive.
We are committed to keeping everyone safe and healthy.
Closed Captioning and ASL
Closed captioning for the deaf and hard of hearing and ASL interpretation will be provided at a special designated seating area.
Spanish Translation
Spanish speakers who need translation will be directed to the Spanish Interpreter’s table to pick up a device.
Refreshments and Lunch
Coffee and refreshments will be served, and a box lunch will be provided, with vegetarian and vegan options.
