The Archives are housed in the Diocesan House basement.

The Archives are an invaluable resource for members of the Episcopal Church and for historians. They hold a rich collection of documents related to our history and the history of many of our parishes, as well as the historical and architectural records of the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine.

 

Research inquiries regarding all aspects of Episcopal Church history are welcome. Visitors by appointment only.

Researching your parish history? Need to set up a parish archive?

 

The diocesan archivist is available to assist parishes in researching their parish history and in addition will provide assistance in helping to set up parish archives. All inquiries are welcome. Contact the archivist.
